SERVICES SUMMARY

At this time I am only providing day support for planned C-section births, a wonderful peer doula of mine is taking my other birth and postpartum clients with my external knowledge and support (you get two of us in your corner!) . We will provide hands-on support both physically, verbally, and visually throughout your active labour.
My most basic labour package includes: Dedicated support for birthing person (and partner) during active labour and birth. These measures include but are not limited to:
massage
breathing & relaxation techniques
positioning
temperature regulation and more.
Please note: I will remain by your side during your active labour for up to a total of 18 hours, at which point I will need to rest or call in a back-up for a short amount of time.
Postpartum support will be available for up to 3 hours after the birth, including assistance with skin to skin, initial bonding, and feeding techniques for all births.

My involvement as your post-partum Doula will look different for every family. I provide a range of basic infant care services, feeding techniques and strategies, schedule building and household management tasks to aid the new family. Additionally, I provide organization, meal prep assistance and night nannying. Set up a consult to discuss your unique needs today!
